CAT has plans to redevelop their site and visitor experience to become a world class tourism centre in the heart of Wales. Metaphor set out a concept for a new visitor experience, to engage new audiences and inspire real change.

Metaphor looked at the Visitor Experience for CAT, looking at the current offer, the audiences, interpretation principles, content, interpretation and a proposal for a cross-platform experience. Metaphor's input formed part of a wider masterplan including the site masterplan and the business plan.
